wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

The family room was awesome, giving us privacy with three people. Super close to the highway and places to eat. Staff was super friendly. We got two queens instead of a king but it worked out. Room was clean, comfy beds, and had a nice view. Enjoyed the fitness center too.

Extremely friendly staff members on every shift and kept the hotel fairly clean. Location: the venue was near various eating establishments and airport. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Cordova district.

The location was ideal for Memphis, near Downtown Memphis. All of the staff was pleasant and welcoming...

The venue exceeded high expectations. It was a beautifully decorated hotel in a downtown area, really close to an eating place, and Memphis. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was good throughout our stay. Greatly enjoyed particularly good and excellent location of the property.

The triple room I stayed in was spotless and had a comfortable bed. the location was fantastic; it was close to the Wolfchase Galleria shopping center, which made it easy to get around. I often visited Burger King for a quick meal.

Courteous staff, close to numerous restaurants and easy access to I40 interstate.

Could hear road noise from the interstate so light sleepers should consider ear plugs in bothered by light noise.

This hotel is conveniently located near a mall and numerous dining options with a variety of food choices in the lobby.

Comfortable bed, convenient amenities, plenty of space to relax

The price of the comfort, but I'd pay it again.

Location

The air conditioning unit was leaking all of the carpet was wet, you could see the mold that was growing on the ceiling. Ants all over the place, on the bathroom floor,the sink area,on the wall under the air conditioner, and I woke up to find some on my suitcase that was sitting on top of the chair.

This place is conveniently located for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short distance from downtown, and the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Only there overnight nothing stood out as above average

Never could figure out how to make the room temp comfortable during the night but after 2 days (out of 5 nights) hit on a reasonable compromise. Part of the problem was that the temp. remote control was inoperable. Gave report to front desk, but since it was just before Christmas Day, I suspect this being a non- emergency, nothing was done. I can live with that. My room was only a few hundred ft from SH64, so the noise at night was at times a problem. Ask for the other side of the hotel when getting a room assignment if that noise might bother you.
